Rockhampton Regional Council is encouraging local health and fitness organisations to secure their spot at the upcoming CQ Health 2019 Sports and Health Expo.

Sports Committee Chair Deputy Mayor Councillor Rutherford said the Expo, which encourages the Rockhampton Regional community to get involved in physical activity and healthy habits, attracts thousands of visitors every year.

“The CQ Health Sports and Health Expo is a highlight in the region’s calendar, and is the largest health and wellbeing exhibition held in Central Queensland.

“A fun and entertaining event, it brings together organisations that provide health and fitness services with the people in our community who want to use them.

“There are already plenty of exciting things confirmed including trial clinics, a full stage line up, competitions and a range of delicious food vendors, but we still have a few stall spots left for those wanting to take part.

“Stalls for charities are free, and for other organisations they start at just $25, so get in touch to secure your spot today.”

CQ Health 2019 Sports and Health Expo is hosted by the Rockhampton Regional Council and is supported through sponsorship opportunities.
