Rockhampton Regional Council adopted its new Meeting Procedures at the Ordinary Council meeting on 12 April 2016.

A petition may be tabled on behalf of constituents by either a Councillor or the Chief Executive Officer at the first available Ordinary meeting of Council.

Deputations are the process for a member of the public or a group to be able to speak or deliver a presentation to either a Committee or Council Meeting.
