We Ask for your Patience

From June 25 Council’s systems for recording enquiries and processing transactions will be undergoing significant change.   Our computer programs will be offline for a number of days, with new operating systems to be introduced to Council on Wednesday 1 July.

The benefit of this change is that all information management from the four previous Councils will be integrated and Council Customer Service Centres will be able to respond to regional enquiries and requests for information. It will improve our service delivery to you, the residents of our region.

As staff undertake manual records, and then learn new software over the coming weeks, we ask for your patience and understanding.
