Council wishes to inform all ratepayers that the rates notices for the current half year were issued on 25 August 2010 and should soon arrive in your mailbox.

The rates notices must be paid in full on or before 29 September 2010 in order to receive the 10% discount.

Payments can be made in person at any branch of Australia Post or at Council's Customer Service Centres in Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Gracemere and Mount Morgan. Telephone/Internet payments can also be made via Bpay, Bpoint or Post Billpay. Details and options can be found on the back of  your rates notice or by clicking here.

Ratepayers who have not received their rates notice by Monday 6 September 2010 are asked to contact Council's Customer Service Centre on 1300 22 55 77.
