Private Functions which comply with the below criteria are permitted to be held in Council Parks, Gardens and Beaches.

Criteria for a Private Function

The event is private and not open to the public.

There will be no advertising of the event (this includes open invitation emails to unknown number of recipients)

There will not be any entertainment that may cause a risk.  E.g. Fire twirlers, Jugglers etc

There will be only 50 people or less attending this event.

Please note: However if the hirer wants exclusive use of a desired area or have activities that could pose a risk than a booking is required by Council and a Temporary Event Application will need to be completed.
