Local Laws Policy formation and review
Animal management
Communicable Disease Management
Disaster Management - Public Health/Welfare
Health Compliance in terms of:
- Public Health Act 2005 and respective regulation/s;
- Food Act 2006 and respective Regulation/s;
- Dangerous Goods Safety Management Act and respective regulation/s; and
- Public Health (Infection Control for Personal Appearance Services) Act 2003 and respective regulation/s.
Hazardous waste
Immunisation Services and Compliance with Queensland Health Protocols
Legislation Review & Policy Development
Pest Management in terms of The Land Protection (Pest & Stock Route Management) Act 2002
Public Health and Safety
Vector control
Waste management policy development, including strategic overview of landfill development.
