Council's customer service centre on average per year receives 140,000 phone calls, processes more than 40,000 customer requests and more than 30,000 receipts! 

With Council directly responsible for many services ranging from A (Airport) to Z (Zoo), we answer thousands of questions each week on a wide range of topics.

One of the outcomes of our Customer Service Project has been the development of the Customer Service Charter which outlines our standards and response times in relation to answering your queries.

Our organisation is committed to these response times and over time we hope to continuously improve our reputation for delivering excellent customer service.
