The Corporate Plan 2012-2017 sets out the region's visions and priorities that will be pursued, and guides the allocation of resources over the next five years. It is Council's strategic, long-term directional plan and provides the framework to guide the organisation along its set direction and the priority issues for the region.
The Corporate Plan represents Council’s response to the things the community told us were important during the BE HEARD consultation campaign and is the document from which other Council plans, strategies, policies and processes are created.
